Generate a new KYC URL for a user

/kyc/generate

Creates a new KYC form URL for the given user and stores it in the database.

Use this endpoint when you need to regenerate a KYC link (for example, after a failed verification
or when the previous link expired).

The user must belong to the authenticated integration.
